These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to purchases made through our website. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms at the time of ordering, you unconditionally agree to the following.

In the context of these Terms, "we" refers to Dependencia Denim, with its registered office at via Piave, 59 - Casoria (NA), Italy. The term "you" refers to the customer. Capitalized terms have the meaning defined in the "Definitions" section. These Terms, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the contract between the parties for the purchase of the Products, excluding any other terms or conditions. The contract may only be modified in writing or by email with mutual agreement.

You can save or print a copy of these Terms for your reference.

1. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that Product information is accurate and up to date. However, the images, descriptions, and illustrations on the website are for guidance only. The colors displayed on the website may vary depending on the monitor used and may not exactly reflect the colors of the delivered Products. For more information about the Products, contact us through the Contact section.

We reserve the right to modify Product information, including prices, descriptions, and availability, at any time and without notice. Such changes will not affect Orders already accepted in accordance with Article 2.

Nothing above prejudices your non-waivable rights relating to defective or non-conforming Products.

2. How to Place an Order

To place an Order, you must be at least 16 years old. Select the Products on the website, choose the delivery method and any optional services, then click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be asked to log in to your account or create a new one. You can also complete the purchase as a guest by entering the necessary personal and payment details.

We will only accept Orders placed according to this procedure. Orders will be processed and Products delivered only if we consider the Order complete and if all required information is correct and the Terms accepted.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. Orders are subject to availability and our approval. We may reject your Order for various reasons, including:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided.
• Errors on the website relating to the ordered Products.
• Products no longer available for sale.
• Failure to meet the minimum age requirement.

If we are unable to accept your Order, we will inform you by email or telephone within 7 days of the Order date. If we cannot accept or process your Order, we will suggest alternative products. If you do not accept, we will cancel the Order and refund the amounts paid within 14 days.

After placing an Order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email DOES NOT constitute acceptance of the Order. The Order will be accepted at the time of shipping the Products, confirmed by a Shipping Confirmation email.

You can cancel the Order at any time before it is processed by contacting us through the Contact section. Once the Order has been processed, you can exercise the right of withdrawal according to the procedures described in Article 9.

3. Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure the availability of the Products. However, in case of unavailability, we will contact you within 30 days of the Order date to offer you the total or partial cancellation of the same. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amounts paid for the unavailable Products within 14 days.

Nothing above prejudices your rights relating to defective or non-conforming Products.

4. Pricing Policy

Product prices are indicated on the website and confirmed in the Order Confirmation. All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply, indicated at the time of ordering. See the delivery rates and conditions for more details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice. Price changes will not affect Orders already accepted.

In case of an error in the price of the ordered Products, we will inform you promptly to offer you the possibility of reconfirming the Order at the correct price or canceling it. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amounts paid.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments with credit or debit cards from the main circuits (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and via PayPal. Payment is made in the currency indicated in the Order.

For card payments, the charge is made at the time of ordering. The Order will not be accepted nor the Products shipped until we receive authorization from the card issuing entity. In case of lack of authorization, we will inform you immediately.

All transactions are managed through a secure online network. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholder and block shipments to countries considered at high risk of fraud.

For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. The Products will be shipped after the completion of payment.

6. Shipping and Order Tracking

The Products will be shipped to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation via standard or express courier during business hours. Additional shipping costs may apply. See the delivery rates and conditions for more details.

After shipping, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details to track the Order. Ownership and the risk of loss of the Products transfer to you at the time of delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the received Products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalties and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the delivery date.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a communication via email to the following address: dependenciadenim@gmail.com

We ask you to specify the order number and the Products you intend to return.

After receiving your communication, we will send you the return form to fill out and insert in the package. You must ship the Products within 14 days from the date you received the items.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

• The Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The Products must be returned with original labels and packaging.
• The Products must be returned in a single shipment.

Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. We will not accept returns shipped by methods other than those indicated.

Effects of Withdrawal

After receiving and verifying the returned Products, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Products or until you have provided proof of having shipped them.

8. Personal Data Processing

By placing an Order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes necessary for its execution. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Season Lab brand and all other brands, distinctive signs, illustrations, images, and logos present on our Products, accessories, or packaging are and remain the exclusive property of Season Lab. Reproduction, in whole or in part, modification, or use of such brands without our prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government interventions, or failure to supply by our suppliers.

We will inform you promptly of such events and do our best to fulfill our obligations as soon as possible. If the event lasts for more than 2 weeks, you will have the right to cancel the Order with a consequent refund according to Article 7.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to these Terms, the Court of Naples will have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Order: An order of Products placed in accordance with these Terms.
• Order Shipping Confirmation: The Order confirmation that includes the acceptance and details of the purchased Products.

Shipping

Season Lab makes deliveries through GLS and SDA couriers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours, generally within 24/48 hours in Italy.

Return Policy

Not satisfied with your Order? Season Lab offers you the possibility to return or exchange the items. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items (some exceptions apply*).

Conditions for Return

• The products must not have been used, washed, or damaged.
• The products must be returned with original labels and packaging.
• The products must be sent in a single shipment.

• Size exchange of the same item.
• Refund to the payment method used (shipping costs are excluded from refunds).

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for the return until receipt at our warehouse. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the couriers chosen by the customers.

Defective Products

In case of a defective product, contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt.

Dependencia Denim reserves the right not to accept returns of the same Order shipped at different times. In case of a non-conforming return, we may reject it and ship it back at your expense.

Non-Refundable Products

Only partial refunds are guaranteed in the following cases:

• Order not returned in original conditions, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
• Order returned beyond 14 days from the delivery date.
